Use Cases & Verticals ​

The Mapsted Maps JavaScript API is the customer-facing layer of Mapsted's Indoor Experience Platform (IEP), part of Mapsted's broader product portfolio. This page maps every IEP vertical to either a live public demo you can run in the sandbox, or a "contact sales" path for verticals where customer integrations are NDA-bound.

Why some verticals don't ship public demos. Public docs only show properties whose Mapsted relationship is already public — case studies, press, public RFPs, public-event coverage, public institutions. We do not anonymize-and-show: a sandbox iframe loading maps.mapsted.com/<id> renders the real building's labels and POIs regardless of the docs caption, so a synthetic name on top of real client data would leak the relationship anyway.
